Upon your successful completion of the Management Trainee program, you will have the opportunity of moving up to the company ranks of Managers or Senior Managers within 3 to 5 years.

· Bachelor’s Degree with CGPA of 3.3 or its equivalent
· Fresh graduate or those with less than 2 years working experience
· Strong analytical skills, dynamic and enthusiastic to take on new challenges
· Possess good communication skills – verbal or written
