The opportunity
Rezonate, formerly KeyReply, builds enterprise AI agents and workflow orchestration for healthcare and other regulated industries. Our technology turns conversations into completed actions across voice, chat and digital channels. We have deep production experience in public healthcare, a growing US presence, and an ambition to define a new category around engagement intelligence.
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to turn strong products, customer proof and market moments into a consistent pipeline-building system. This is not a role for someone who only briefs agencies or manages a content calendar. You will plan the work, create with AI, coordinate specialists, measure performance and improve the system each week.
The mandate: make Rezonate easier to discover, understand, trust and buy, with AI increasing both the speed and quality of execution.
What you will own
- Run one integrated marketing calendar across content, campaigns, PR, events, sales enablement, website updates and customer proof.
- Translate company priorities into focused quarterly plays, especially US pipeline creation, Singapore public healthcare account activation, customer proof and fundraising support.
- Build campaigns end to end: audience and message, creative concept, landing page, distribution, lead capture, follow-up and performance review.
- Create and maintain high-quality content, including thought leadership, case studies, sales collateral, landing pages, social content, email sequences, short videos and event assets.
- Own website conversion, analytics and content hygiene, working with product and engineering where deeper changes are needed.
- Use HubSpot for segmentation, campaign execution, lead tracking and reporting, while keeping data and handoffs clean.
- Build the customer proof engine. Instrument case studies from the start of each deployment, capture measurable outcomes and turn approved evidence into reusable assets.
- Coordinate external specialists for design, video, content or paid media. Set a clear brief, control quality, manage the budget and keep accountability in-house.
- Partner closely with sales, product, customer delivery and leadership. Join selected customer and sales calls so marketing reflects real buyer language and objections.
- Produce a concise weekly scorecard and monthly readout covering activity, spend, conversion, pipeline contribution, learning and next actions.
What AI-native means in this role
AI-native does not mean generating more average content. It means redesigning the marketing workflow so a small team can research faster, explore more creative options, prototype before committing budget and learn from performance data.
- Use tools such as Claude Code to prototype landing pages, interactive explainers, campaign microsites, lightweight calculators and internal marketing tools without waiting for a full development cycle.
- Use Claude Design and other visual AI tools to develop campaign concepts, social visuals, storyboards, presentation graphics and first-pass brand assets, then apply strong human judgment and brand control.
- Build repeatable AI workflows for market research, account research, content repurposing, campaign QA, SEO and answer-engine optimization, competitor monitoring and reporting.
- Work across text, image, audio and video tools to turn one strong idea or source asset into multiple channel-ready formats.
- Create reusable prompts, templates, context libraries and review checklists so output improves over time and knowledge is not trapped in personal chats.
- Verify facts, permissions, claims and sources. AI speed never overrides healthcare accuracy, confidentiality, brand rules or customer approvals.
- Know when AI is sufficient, when a specialist is required and when a message needs direct leadership or subject-matter review.
What we are looking for
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in enterprise technology, healthcare, regulated industries or a complex SaaS environment.
- Evidence that you have personally shipped campaigns and content, not only managed agencies or junior team members.
- Strong writing and editorial judgment. You can make a complex product clear without flattening the substance or inventing claims.
- Practical fluency with AI creation tools. You can show how AI changed your workflow, what you built, how you reviewed it and what business result followed.
- Comfort with visual communication. You do not need to be a career designer, but you can develop a credible concept, produce a strong first version and direct a specialist precisely.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM, website CMS tools, analytics, paid campaign basics, SEO and marketing performance reporting.
- Good project management across multiple contributors, deadlines and markets, with clear prioritization when resources are limited.
- Commercial judgment. You connect marketing work to buyer movement, sales conversations, pipeline and account growth, not just reach and engagement.
- Ability to work with a distributed team and support the US market. Availability for selected US calls is important.
Useful, but not essential
- Experience marketing to healthcare providers, health systems, payers or enterprise buyers.
- Experience supporting a US market entry, fundraising communications, analyst relations or partner-led go-to-market.
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding or experience using AI coding tools to publish functional web experiences.
What success looks like
- First 30 days: Take control of the calendar, channels, access, handovers and reporting. Establish priorities, baselines, an AI-enabled production workflow and a clear decision log.
- By 60 days: Ship the first integrated campaign, improve the website conversion path, establish the case-study intake process and give sales a more consistent flow of usable assets.
- By 90 days: Show a repeatable operating rhythm, measurable buyer response, clearer pipeline attribution, stronger customer proof and a focused plan for the next quarter based on evidence.
How we work
- We give clear direction and expect ownership in execution.
- We value speed, but not at the cost of accuracy, trust or learning.
- We prefer focused experiments with clear measures over spreading budget thinly across every channel.
- We expect people to surface problems early, document decisions and improve the system after each cycle.
- We use contractors and specialists when their expertise is justified, while keeping strategy, quality control and accountability inside the company.
