We are at an inflection point in growth, and we are looking for a driven intern to help us expand our market presence and deepen relationships with enterprise and healthcare clients.

The Role

As a Sales, Marketing & Events Intern, you will work at the front line of KeyReply's growth engine. You will support enterprise sales cycles, run targeted marketing campaigns, coordinate events, and help shape how the KeyReply brand shows up in the market. This is a hands-on role with high ownership, working directly with senior leadership and client-facing teams across Singapore and the region.

Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Research prospect accounts, map stakeholder structures, and maintain CRM records (HubSpot) with up-to-date deal intelligence.
  • Assist with preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and capability presentations tailored to healthcare and enterprise clients.
  • Support the sales team in responding to RFPs and tenders, including drafting sections, coordinating internal inputs, and tracking submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions from client meetings, including sending agendas, recaps, and next-step communications.

Marketing

  • Support creation of marketing collateral including one-pagers, case studies, social posts, and email campaigns aligned to KeyReply's brand guidelines.
  • Assist with managing KeyReply's LinkedIn presence, drafting posts, and tracking engagement metrics.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and whitespace opportunities to inform messaging and positioning.
  • Maintain and update marketing assets and ensure consistency across channels and formats.

Events & Partnerships

  • Coordinate logistics for industry events, client workshops, and internal seminars, including invitations, registration, venue, and materials.
  • Support execution of joint marketing activities with partners such as Microsoft, Accenture, and healthcare associations.
  • Track post-event follow-ups, lead capture, and engagement outcomes.

What You Will Learn

  • How enterprise AI deals are sourced, qualified, and closed in regulated healthcare markets.
  • How to position a technical AI product to non-technical buyers, including C-suite executives and clinical leaders.
  • How to run B2B marketing campaigns and measure their impact on pipeline.
  • How to operate across the full commercial lifecycle, from lead generation to proposal to client onboarding.

What We Look For

  • Strong academic standing (Minimum GPA: 4.0/5 or 3.4/4).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Structured thinker with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without needing constant direction.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) or design tools (Canva) is a plus.
  • Background in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Genuine interest in AI, healthtech, or enterprise SaaS is strongly preferred.
