The Role

As Tech Delivery Lead, you’ll own the end to end delivery of AI solutions, from scoping through implementation to long term adoption, translating complex client needs into practical, scalable outcomes. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and clients to drive alignment, manage timelines, and deliver real business impact, requiring a balance of technical depth, strong project leadership, and stakeholder management to bridge the gap between AI potential and real world implementation. We’re looking for a Tech Delivery Lead who has done this before.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a pre-sales partner to Sales and Solutions teams, supporting client discussions, translating requirements into technical approaches, and shaping solution design and scoping.
  • Lead end-to-end Tech Delivery of AI solutions across client environments (with a strong focus on healthcare use cases), from initial scoping through deployment and adoption.
  • Translate business problems into practical, deployable technology solutions — not just decks
  • Drive execution across multiple projects: scoping, prioritization, timelines, and delivery quality
  • Work closely with clients (often senior stakeholders) to navigate ambiguity, constraints, and adoption challenges
  • Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure solutions are scalable, usable, and actually adopted
  • Identify risks early, whether technical, operational, or organizational — and course-correct quickly
  • Build simple, clear delivery frameworks (not over-engineered processes) that can scale with the company

  • Technically Fluent: You’re comfortable working with engineers on APIs, data pipelines, and ML workflows, even if you’re not hands on coding daily.
  • Systems Thinker: You understand that successful delivery involves not just technology, but processes, stakeholders, and organizational readiness.
  • Startup Operator: You’ve thrived in fast moving, ambiguous environments where you helped define structure, not just follow it.
  • Builder Mindset: You focus on making things work, taking ownership and pushing through ambiguity rather than waiting for perfect clarity.
  • Trusted Partner: You can engage both technical and non technical stakeholders, building credibility and alignment quickly.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in technical delivery, solutions engineering, or implementation (AI, data, or enterprise software)
  • Proven track record delivering AI/data solutions end to end in real client environments
  • Strong technical grounding (APIs, integrations, data pipelines, ML workflows)
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI, Vibe Coding, and backend system design.
  • Strong ability to adapt to dynamic environments and own the delivery of complex features.
  • Experience in complex or regulated industries (e.g. healthcare, finance)
  • Ability to manage cross functional delivery across Product, Engineering, and clients
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and business audiences
