The Role

As a Business Analyst, you sit at the intersection of business, operations, and AI delivery. You translate real-world workflows into scalable, agentic AI solutions, bridging research, engineering, and client needs. Your work directly shapes how AI agents are scoped, validated, and deployed in healthcare and enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Business Discovery: Analyze client workflows such as call centers, patient triage, and billing to identify automation opportunities and define clear business requirements.
  • Solution Design: Translate business needs into agentic workflows using flowcharts, defining intents, success metrics, edge cases, and handoff logic.
  • Delivery Collaboration: Work closely with AI engineers and data scientists to provide functional specifications, support UAT, and ensure solutions meet business logic and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Insight & Evaluation: Review chat logs and operational data to identify usage patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or operations, preferably in high-growth tech, SaaS, or AI startups.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier or globally recognized institution.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking, with comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin for cross-functional and regional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or basic data analysis tools is a plus.
