The Role
You will serve as the bridge between research and real-world application. As an AI Agent Engineer, you will turn experimental AI models into robust production systems. You will work on the backend services that enable our agents to "think" and "act" reliably in regulated healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Core Agent Development: Develop the modules that allow agents to plan, reason, and execute workflows.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize prompt engineering and RAG retrieval accuracy to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Rapid Prototyping: Use Vibe Coding and rapid iteration to demonstrate value to clients quickly.
- Production Engineering: assist in deploying agents into production, utilizing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Evaluation: Build internal tools to grade agent responses against golden datasets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of AI engineering experience, preferably in high-growth tech firms or Series A+ startups.
- Bachelor's degree from a World Top 50 university or reputable institution with a strong academic track record.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and backend technologies (databases, caching).
- Proficient in Vibe Coding and comfortable with the full stack for prototyping.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is highly preferred to support regional collaboration.
