The Role
As an AI Agent Engineer, you will develop the core modules of KeyReply’s AI agents. You will sit at the intersection of software engineering and model optimization, turning experimental AI capabilities into reliable, scalable agentic workflows that reduce hallucinations and adhere to strict medical guardrails.
Responsibilities
- Core Agent Development: Develop core modules of the Agent system, driving practical applications of generative AI in high-stakes enterprise scenarios.
- System Optimization: Optimize performance through advanced prompt engineering, tool design, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline architecture.
- Rapid Prototyping: Validate new features using "Vibe Coding" techniques to turn operational problems into technical solutions quickly.
- Evaluation Infrastructure: Build automated evaluation processes to assess Agent performance against golden datasets and safety metrics.
- Backend Engineering: Support backend services (databases, caching, message queues) to handle real-world traffic.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of AI engineering experience at high-tech firms or Series A+ AI startups.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a 985 university in China or a World Top 50 university.
- Proficient in Vibe Coding and rapid prototyping stacks.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) to collaborate with global teams.
- Solid understanding of backend technologies (Python, Vector DBs, Microservices) and Generative AI concepts.
