The Opportunity:
We are seeking a visionary AI Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation global healthcare solutions from our China innovation hub. This is a key strategic role where you will translate the complex needs of international hospitals and patients into innovative, ethical, and impactful AI products. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value to our overseas customers and contribute to the team's collective success.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the full product lifecycle for our AI healthcare solutions, from market research and strategic planning to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Develop and clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap, securing buy-in from all global stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers in China to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products for our international clients.
- Define and analyze product metrics to drive data-informed decisions and demonstrate the value of our solutions to our global partners.
AI-Augmented Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced AI tools to conduct deep analysis of global healthcare markets, identifying key trends, user pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
- Champion the development of responsible and ethical AI, ensuring our products are fair, transparent, and fully compliant with international data security and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Define and monitor KPIs for AI model performance, user trust, and adoption, ensuring our AI systems achieve their intended clinical and business impact in overseas deployments.
- Translate complex AI concepts and model behaviors for both technical teams and non-technical business partners across different regions, fostering a shared understanding and collaborative environment.
What You'll Bring (Core Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful technology products for international markets.
- Strong understanding of the global technology ecosystem and enterprise SaaS models; experience with healthcare technology is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent cross-cultural communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of the AI/ML product development lifecycle. Experience with LLMs is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and achieve collective goals in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
