What you’ll do:
- Run engaging client workshops to uncover needs, define problems, and shape impactful AI solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications in collaboration with technical teams
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their Data & AI transformation journey
- Support delivery teams in ensuring solutions are aligned with client objectives
- Thrive in a dynamic, scale-up culture where no two days are the same
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience running C-Suite level client-facing workshops and facilitating cross-functional discussions
- Strong background in data, analytics, or AI (you don’t need to code, but understand how the tech works)
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- A genuine passion for helping clients unlock value through data and emerging technologies
