The Role

As an AI Client Solutions Associate, you'll lead the design and implementation of sophisticated AI solutions that push boundaries while solving real-world business challenges. You'll work directly with enterprise clients to understand their needs, architect custom AI agents, and deliver agentic workflows that drive measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with enterprise clients to identify high-impact opportunities for AI transformation
  • Design and implement custom AI agents and agentic workflows using frontier LLM technologies
  • Lead proof-of-concept development and scale successful pilots to production systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems
  • Educate clients on emerging AI capabilities and establish best practices for implementation
  • Monitor solution performance and continuously optimize based on business outcomes

The most successful candidates possess what we call a "tech spidey sense"—an intuitive ability to:

  • Identify creative applications for new technologies
  • Anticipate potential problems before they emerge
  • Recognize patterns across disparate domains and technologies
  • Sense when a technological approach isn't the right fit for a business problem

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML implementation, business analysis, software project implementation, analytics/business intelligence, or change management
  • Demonstrated experience with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt engineering
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems and business processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for business audiences
  • Track record of leading technology initiatives that deliver measurable business value
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (field not restricted to Computer Science)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with multi-agent AI systems or agentic workflows
  • Background in conversational AI or natural language processing
  • Knowledge of enterprise content management and knowledge systems
  • Familiarity with data privacy and AI governance frameworks
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
  • Healthcare provider workflow know-how
  • Know-how working with enterprise solutions like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, contact center solutions, or electronic medical record systems (Epic, AthenaOne, Cerner, etc.)
