The Role

As an AI Client Solutions Associate, you’ll be hands-on in implementing sophisticated AI solutions that solve real-world challenges. This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll partner with enterprise clients, understand their business processes, design agentic workflows, and integrate AI into live production systems.

You’ll operate at the intersection of business analysis, solution delivery, and AI building. We’ll train you in prompt engineering and agent design, but success depends on your willingness to learn, unlearn, and relearn continuously.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with enterprise clients to uncover high-impact AI opportunities and define success metrics.
  • Design and implement AI agents and workflows using frontier LLMs on KeyReply’s low/no-code platform.
  • Lead proof-of-concepts and scale pilots to production, running requirements, backlog, sprints, UAT, and go-lives.
  • Integrate with enterprise systems (EHR/EMR, CRM, ITSM, WhatsApp/Teams, etc.), collaborating with engineers to identify which APIs belong in which workflows (you don’t need to code).
  • Educate clients on emerging AI capabilities and establish safe and effective best practices.
  • Monitor and optimize live solutions against business KPIs, iterating to maximize outcomes.
  • Document processes, runbooks, and reusable playbooks to accelerate future deployments.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in project implementation, solution delivery, business analysis, or software rollout in enterprise environments.
  • Experience in requirements writing, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Familiarity with mapping workflow.
  • Comfortable with systems integration basics (no coding required): you know how to identify which APIs belong in which workflows and can work with engineers to get flows running.
  • Strong communication skills to align technical and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, AgentSpace—even if just self-learning or personal projects.
  • Familiarity with LLM concepts like prompting, grounding, evaluation, MCP, and A2A.
  • Familiarity with voice AI.
  • Experience with healthcare workflows or enterprise systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Epic, AthenaOne, Cerner, Cisco, Genesys, contact center platforms, etc.).
  • Background in consulting or client-facing delivery roles.
