Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 years in complex sales or business development, with a focus on B2B enterprise sales.
  • Regional/Global Experience: Successfully closed deals in Southeast Asia or globally, particularly in AI/NLP, healthcare, or insurance software.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional networking skills and the ability to communicate enthusiastically and persuasively.
  • Results-driven: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently exceeding expectations and aiming for success.
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven critical thinking skills, with the ability to make independent decisions and support cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented: Passion for artificial intelligence, data, and automation, with familiarity with bots, messaging products, and digital marketing.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with sales growth tools, and techniques, and a bonus for previous SaaS start-up exposure.
  • Based out in Malaysia.
