Business Development Lead
Location: Singapore (with travel required within APAC region)

Position Overview: As a Business Development Lead at KeyReply, you'll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint in the healthcare industry. This role is focused on articulating solutions and use cases to potential clients, ensuring that our offerings align with their needs and objectives. You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborate with teams across the organization to execute strategic plans for business development and market expansion. This position will be based in Singapore, with travel required within the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop and execute strategic plans for business development, driving revenue growth and market expansion across the APAC region.
- Conduct market research to identify key opportunities and potential leads within the healthcare sector in APAC countries.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clinicians, and IT decision-makers, to understand their pain points and business needs.
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions and use cases based on client requirements.
- Lead presentations and demonstrations to showcase KeyReply's AI platform and its benefits to clients, ensuring clear articulation of value proposition.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the lead generation team to optimize outreach strategies and maximize pipeline growth.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a strong track record of success.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within early stage revenue-generating startups, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex sales plans.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.
