As the Social Media Manager, you will curate and create content for our followers/ customers to know us, like us, trust us, try buying from us, repeat buying from us, and to refer us to their friends. To develop and curate original content in line with our brand identity. To schedule post, track progress, analyze metrics and reply to messages. To check and propose ideas (subject to approval) in regards to social media content and calendars submitted by partners of the ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms, including monthly calendar planning, performing metric analysis and responding to inquiries and comments.
- Monitor social media trends, best practices, and competitors to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- To ensure social media alignment with the Kian brand (Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia) on a monthly basis
- Working alongside the Tech Team on overseeing Kian websites and to assist with SEO and SEM efforts
- Sending out EDM's (Electronic Direct Mailer) and to provide an update respective HOD's upon sending
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and platforms to ensure that the company's social media presence remains relevant and effective.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
