Responsibilities:
- Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, understanding customers' needs and wants
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a fully stocked store that is sufficient for daily sales and ensure stock quantity tallies with inventory system
- Able to accurately explain product features and benefits to consumers
- Recommend and display items that matches customers' needs
- Attend to Facebook and Instagram enquiry and arrange client's visitation in the outlet.
- Actively involved in the receiving of new products and orders
- Maintain retail shop cleanliness and ensure product placement in the store is displayed according to Company's standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years working experience
- Bachelor in Retail Management or relevant degree (Diploma holder is welcome to apply)
- Cheerful, proactive and can work with a team
