Be Our Senior Executive, People Operations

The Executive, People Operations will be the cornerstone of our People Operations team, driving HR excellence across the company. We are looking for someone who sees the big picture yet understands the importance of the details. You should be skilled in analyzing HR data to make well-informed decisions and hold strong principles on ethics and compliance. What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia’s Future?

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage Compensation & Benefits efficiently, ensuring smooth communication and resolution.
  • Accurately handle payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations while addressing discrepancies promptly.
  • Manage employee welfare, including medical insurance, leave entitlements, claims, confirmations, and terminations in terms of letter issuance.
  • Provide detailed reports on headcount, payroll, hiring, and workforce metrics for informed decision-making.

 

Onboarding & Offboarding 

  • Lead new hires through a seamless onboarding process and ensure smooth, dignified offboarding for departing employees.
  • Ensure all contracts, forms, and paperwork for both new hires and exits are completed accurately, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Coordinate system access, equipment setup for new hires, and asset recovery during offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, processing final payrolls, and handling any outstanding payments or deductions.
  • Keep employee information up to date in HR systems during onboarding and offboarding.
  • Be the go-to-resource for new hires during their onboarding phase, offering guidance and support throughout.

 

People Operations & Services 

  • Oversee the management and operational aspects of HR systems, including updates, troubleshooting, and user training.
  • Oversee all employee matters such as claims processing, leave application etc.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance HR technology solutions and system integrations.

 

Strategic Process Improvements 

  • Lead strategic initiative to streamline and improve company policies and procedures and improve service delivery in all areas of People Operations.
  • Continually assess and upgrade HR systems for optimal performance and user experience.
  • Ensure the effective implementation and integration of the HRIS system, regularly assessing and improving its functionality to meet the needs of the company. 

 

Intranet Portal Management & Enhancement 

  • Lead the creation, organization and regular updating of intranet content to ensure its relevant, accessible and engaging for all employees, fostering a user-friendly experience.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the intranet’s functionality, design, and navigation to improve user experience, collaborating with IT for system improvements and new feature implementation. 
  • Monitor and analyse intranet usage and engagement metrics to generate actionable insights, ensuring the platform effectively supports employees and aligns with organizational needs. 


What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, preferably in a multinational corporation. 
  • Profound understanding of labor laws with a proven track record of implementing best practices. 
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions. 
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting complex data into actionable insights. 
  • Proactive and independent, with the capability to initiate and lead HR projects.
  • Cross-cultural agility, capable of understanding and navigating international HR practices. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
