As our Product Manager, you will be responsible in identifying customers’ needs and the larger business objectives that a product/feature will fulfil. You will also be tasked in articulating what success looks like for these said product/feature and in rallying team(s) to realise the vision by turning it into reality
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and integrating payment options across the SEA region (MY, SG, TH, ID, PH etc) • Leading the product development and launches for new markets
- Identifying, quantifying and executing areas of improvement through technical advancements
- Assisting the Credit team in integrating affordability solutions to improve CompAsia’s Credit Engine
- Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams to plan and bolster a product's/service’s success • Rapidly develop the trust and confidence of all parties involved, serving as a credible and trusted advisor
- Develop and maintain a superior level of product and market knowledge in support of understanding and discussing a myriad of business issues facing organisations and the best practices and problem-solving solutions offered by CompAsia
- Knowledge of Customers – knowledge of and ability to utilize customer profile and information
- Knowledge of Product/Service Line – knowledge of specific product/service and associated development process and strategy
- Other tasks assigned from time-to-time
Job Requirements
- At least about 4 years of related working experience in the related field is required for this position Candidate must have a background in the field of payment
- Added bonus if candidate has an e-Commerce background e.g. any website(s) in that field and/or experience in companies such as Shopee, Lazada etc
- Proficiency in SQL and mySQL • Notable subject matter expertise and credibility with product/service
- Strong communication/presentation skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to translate thoughts, concepts and ideas into understandable ones
- A strong analytical and consultative thought process
- A passion for customer satisfaction
Qualification:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field is highly desirable
