Be Our Manager, Performance Management

We are seeking an assertiveness, decisiveness, and an aggressive mindset Performance Manager to lead strategic execution effectively. The Performance Manager will play a significant role in driving performance excellence and continuous improvement within our organization. They hold accountability for store performance and oversee the implementation of performance management processes, evaluate employee performance, provide feedback and coaching, and foster a culture of high performance.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?

  • Lead a team of individuals towards the achievement of organizational goals with an aggressive and determined attitude. Inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best while maintaining high morale and engagement.
  • Involves improving team performance, providing constructive market feedback, and exemplifying desired skills and work ethics with regional team.
  • Work closely with team members to foster performance SOP and facilitate visit schedule of each team member.
  • Take ownership of presenting summaries of performance analysis and performance reviews, providing actionable solutions and recommendations for business enhancements based on insightful data analysis.
  • Collaborating closely with store managers and regional teams to devise effective action plans for addressing performance gaps and enhancing store performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for liaising with company partners and their workforce to provide technical support as needed.
  • Ensuring seamless dissemination of information and updates related to business products, programs, campaigns, and other initiatives to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Consolidating and summarizing feedback from customers and frontliners to gain valuable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Overseeing the collection of data for the performance management system, conducting analysis, and comparing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust system for performance management, including gathering feedback on trade-in progress, understanding market trends, and identifying areas for business growth.
  • Conducting training sessions on the latest campaigns and initiatives, preparing comprehensive training materials, and evaluating staff understanding and proficiency.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with partners and their workforce by engaging them regularly, sharing updates on the latest campaigns and initiatives, and gathering insights into market trends and customer feedback.
  • Providing support to business unit initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Undertaking additional ad-hoc duties as required by the Line Manager to support the overall success of the team and organization.


What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience is required for this position, preferably in Sales and Field force management.
  • Experience in managing targets, forecast with proven achievements.
  • Flexible weekend performance monitoring and new launch events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language(s) and fluency in English are preferable.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive performance.
  • Willingness to travel as required and adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
