Full job description

  • Interact with suppliers on a daily basis.
  • Manage procurement activities, including issuing Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Arrange courier services for the pickup or delivery of parcels or documents.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure that the company gets the best delivery, cost, and quality on purchased materials.
  • Generate purchase orders (POs) after they have been approved by the relevant parties.
  • Follow up on orders to ensure that materials are delivered on the promised dates.
  • Conduct purchasing activities.
  • Prepare delivery orders (DOs), invoices, and consignments for customers.
  • Respond to customers and suppliers via telephone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Provide support to the sales and operations teams, including setting appointments and coordinating work.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required by the team.
