Senior Finance Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

Join Our Team as a Senior Finance Executive! Are you an experienced finance professional with a solid foundation in accounting practices? We are looking for a meticulous Senior Finance Executive to take charge of critical financial functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Petty Cash management, Bank Reconciliation, Budget Preparation, Reporting, Journal Entries, and General Ledger maintenance.

5 -day workweek.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable processes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Supervise Petty Cash handling and reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
• Conduct Bank Reconciliations to track and reconcile financial transactions.
• Lead Budget Preparation activities, working closely with stakeholders to align financial goals.
• Prepare detailed financial Reports to provide insights for decision-making.
• Handle Journal Entries accurately to reflect financial transactions.
• Maintain the General Ledger to ensure financial data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other financial functions.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Malaysian nationality preferred.
