Job Responsibilities:

• Liase with our corporate/group tour customers to ensure a smooth execution of their tour in Batam
• Assist customer with any queries and answers pre departure to Batam. Make all necessary bookings and arrangements for the group.
• Meet up with the group during their trip to Batam. Assist with an on ground operational issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team and various stakeholders to drive marketing efforts to increase demand for Batam group tours.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Tourism and hospitality management related studies preferred. Other majors are welcome as well.
• Preferably at least 2-3 years of working experience in travel industry or any other business/marketing field.
• Fluent English and Bahasa preferred.
• Ability to work remote with responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to come to singapore for meetings every month.
