Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Events Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events across regional and international markets. In this role, you will deliver impactful brand activations and experiences—ranging from networking sessions, seminars, and expos to gala dinners, product launches, and client appreciation events—that strengthen brand presence, enhance client relationships, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Event Strategy & End-to-End Management:
- Lead comprehensive planning and execution of corporate events, networking sessions, seminars, expos, product launches, and gala dinners across regional markets.
- Develop project timelines, operational schedules, budget allocations, and event documentation.
- Oversee live on-site execution, including setup, rehearsals, registration, speaker/VIP management, program flow, and teardown.
- Venue Sourcing & Vendor/Agency Management:
- Research, source, and negotiate contracts and pricing with suitable venues based on project objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison with third-party event agencies, managing timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards.
- Source and manage external vendors for audiovisual, production, catering, décor, and entertainment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Branding:
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure event promotional collateral and spatial branding meet corporate guidelines.
- Maintain active communication across internal sales, product, and operations teams to align event goals with broader business initiatives.
- Budgeting & Post-Event Analytics:
- Track event budgets, manage vendor approvals, and resolve operational risks proactively.
- Prepare post-event evaluations, analysing attendance, engagement, and budget performance to recommend improvements for future activations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in corporate event management, event marketing, or project management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end corporate events, expos, gala dinners, and client networking activations.
- Strong hands-on experience with venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and third-party event agency/vendor management.
- Excellent project management, multi-tasking, and budgeting skills in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel for regional and international event activations.
- Prior experience in Fintech, Financial Services, Tech, or B2B industries is a strong advantage.
