Producer

Role Overview

We are looking for an organised, hands-on Producer to manage media productions end-to-end—from initial concept development through to final delivery. In this role, you will apply strong project management to oversee production schedules and logistics, support post-production editing when needed, and travel internationally to manage on-location shoots.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. End-to-End Production Management:
   • Plan, coordinate, and manage media productions from concept development and scheduling through to final delivery.
   • Oversee shoot logistics, call sheets, gear requirements, and production workflows to ensure projects stay on timeline.
   1. Post-Production Support:
   • Support post-production workflows when required, utilising basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
   • Coordinate review loops and quality control to ensure final deliverables align with creative intent and specifications.
   1. International Production Travel:
   • Travel internationally as required to manage on-location shoots, field productions, and event coverage.

Requirements & Qualifications

• • 3–5 years of professional production experience managing video or media projects end-to-end.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Media, Film, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong project management, scheduling, and organisational skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for on-location productions.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required.
