Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Integration Engineer to support AI integration projects, implement technical solutions, and help drive AI adoption across the company. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building, configuring, and maintaining AI-driven systems, while collaborating closely with the CTO on execution.
The engineer will be responsible for integrating AI tools (e.g., Claude AI, AI agents) into business processes and ensuring smooth deployment and performance of AI solutions. The ideal candidate has practical experience with LLMs and integrations, along with strong curiosity and initiative in the AI field.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement AI integration projects and execute defined technical strategies
- Develop, configure, and maintain AI-driven solutions (e.g., Claude AI, AI agents)
- Collaborate with the CTO on technical execution, priorities, and timelines
- Integrate AI tools into internal systems and workflows to optimise business processes
- Monitor, test, and improve performance of AI integrations across the company
- Ensure high-quality delivery of AI solutions and continuous improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI integrations, software engineering, or related technical roles (fintech, brokerage, or similar environment is a plus)
- Strong understanding of AI agents, LLMs (e.g., Claude AI), and integration pipelines
- Hands-on experience with APIs, automation, and system integration
- Ability to work independently and execute technical tasks with minimal supervision
- Solid English (Russian is a plus but not mandatory)
