The founders are both former BCG strategy consultants and Lazada EVPs, each bringing over a decade of tech experience from roles such as CCO & Deputy CEO at Lazada, and Chief Data & AI Officer at Picnic and Lepaya.

What you'll do
Our solution achieves 96% accuracy on typical consulting documents, 3x the performance of leading LLMs. You will play a pivotal role in our journey to push the boundaries of understanding consulting documents even further by leveraging your critical thinking, Python expertise and creativity to:
- Build relevant golden datasets
- Fine-tune our models to outperform
- Create the consulting AI benchmark
- Test the newest LLMs with resources
- Optimize highly complex AI agents
What you bring
You're an analytical thinker and doer who is eager to dive deep into model optimization and contribute to the next generation of AI products. - Completed Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of work experience
- A big plus: Management Consulting experience
- Highly AI-relevant Python skills
- AI fine-tuning skills & experience
- Proven history of successful project delivery
- Ambition and a "get-it-done" mentality
- Availability of 4+ months (6 months full-time preferred, part-time possible)
