The University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNM) is seeking qualified candidates to apply for Administrative Intern position, with a minimum commitment of 10 weeks. As an intern with University of Nottingham Malaysia, you will assist our team with day-to-day tasks and projects, gaining practical experience and developing skills to better understand how a professional environment operates.
Key Responsibilities:
1) During the internship, you will be involved in diverse administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
2) Assisting with general office duties such as filing and maintaining records.
3) Preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
4) Scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing appointments for team members.
5) Communicating with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone.
6) Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases.
7) Organising office supplies and ensuring they are stocked and available.
8) Supporting various departments with events/projects or tasks as needed.
9) Preparing meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
10) Assisting in the coordination and planning of events, conferences, and team activities.
Requirements:
1) Currently enrolled in a degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or any related field).
2) Good written and verbal communication skills.
3) Familiar in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4) Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team environment.
5) A positive and proactive attitude.
6) Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
