Job Description:
- Assist in gathering of user requirements from clients.
- Document design specifications for discussion with the Product Management team.
- Develop enhancements or corrections to software according to approved designs and following industry best practices and company standards and quality procedures.
- Assist in documentation where relevant.
- Implement client projects within budgeted timeframes and costs.
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years working experience using Java.
- Excellent Core Java skill and practical knowledge on common frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate/JPA.
- Skilled in SQL and experience in working with Oracle and/or MySQL DB is preferred. Knowledge in SOAP and/or REST.
- Candidates from a payments systems environment, or from a product vendor background or from a strong background working with concurrency will have an advantage.
- Great problem solving and communication skills.
