Senior Solution Consultant is the subject matter expert responsible for the successful implementation and optimization of our MHub Property ERP solutions for our Property Developer clients. This role focuses on translating complex business requirements into technical and functional specifications, configuring the system, leading technical tasks, and ensuring client processes align with the solution's capabilities. You will work closely with a Project Manager, responsible for overall timeline and budget, to ensure all technical and functional tasks are executed on time and to a high standard.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Analysis and Solution Design
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients to deeply understand their business objectives, workflow, system specifications, and existing processes.
- Perform comprehensive analysis and gap analysis between client requirements and MHub ERP Solution functionality.
- Advise and consult with customers on best-practice process flow, system functionality, and available technology updates to optimize their operations.
- Design and document functional and technical specifications for system configuration, enhancements, and custom integrations.
Implementation and Technical Delivery
- Lead the hands-on configuration and setup of the core modules (CRM, Showroom, Commission, Credit Control, Accounting, etc.) to meet documented business requirements.
- Perform complex data transformation and migration activities, ensuring data integrity throughout the transition.
- Develop and execute rigorous system testing plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application-related issues escalated during testing and post-go-live phases.
- Execute individual tasks according to the project plan, communicating progress, results, and potential roadblocks promptly to the Project Manager.
- Consult on and implement technical integrations (e.g., using REST API or similar methods) where required.
Support and Training
- Conduct comprehensive system training for end-users and key stakeholders, ensuring successful user adoption.
- Provide expert business application support to customers post-implementation, consulting on system functionality, managing change requests, and driving continuous process improvement.
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
🔑 Requirements
Technical and Domain Expertise
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in the implementation and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Property Developer management business applications.
- Experience with Property Developer System or ERP System Implementation and solutions is essential.
- Strong understanding of core business domains, especially Finance (accounting system), or Property Sales with Billing/Credit Control and Accounting (a strong advantage).
- Knowledge and experience in database technologies (e.g., SQL Developer) and understanding of database relationships.
- Experience with integration technologies (e.g., REST API) or coding knowledge (e.g., C#) is an advantage.
