About the Role
We’re looking for a modern, all-rounder Content Creator who can take an idea from concept to published post. You’ll be ideating, scripting, creating graphics, shooting videos, editing, and publishing across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on short-form video and social media trends. If you’re fluent in Mandarin and well-versed in Xiaohongshu (小红书) content culture, that’s a big plus.
What You’ll Do
- Generate creative ideas for social content, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, and copy for social posts and videos.
- Design simple but high-impact graphics and visuals (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
- Shoot and edit short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Xiaohongshu.
- Manage the content lifecycle — from concept to shoot to final upload.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, audience preferences, and viral content opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with brand goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in content creation, social media, or related fields.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Ability to shoot content using smartphones or cameras.
- Mandarin fluency and understanding of Xiaohongshu content styles is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with short-form content trends and platform algorithms.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage projects independently.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have a personal or professional portfolio of content you’ve created.
- Can adapt content styles for different audiences and platforms.
- Are comfortable being on-camera when needed.
