About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced People and Culture Manager to lead our human resources strategies and operations. This role requires someone who is passionate about people, driven by outcomes, and confident in implementing impactful HR initiatives that align with our company’s growth and evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Align HR strategies with business goals and support organizational growth and transformation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on people management, culture building, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee HR operations including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS, and compliance.

Talent Management & Organizational Development

  • Lead the design and implementation of talent development programs including leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Drive continuous learning and skills enhancement across all levels.
  • Strengthen internal mentorship and coaching culture.

Performance & Rewards Management

  • Develop and refine performance appraisal systems to drive employee accountability and productivity.
  • Design competitive compensation and benefits packages in line with market trends and company objectives.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in industry surveys to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.

Change Management & Culture Building

  • Monitor HR trends and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Promote a strong, value-driven culture and foster a high-performance work environment.

Who You Are (Requirements)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or senior HR role, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record in talent development, organizational change, and performance management.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Business and financial acumen to align people strategies with company goals.
