Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Support:
- Assist in communicating with clients and understanding their needs.
- Support the team in providing solutions that optimize client operations.
Solution Design & Implementation:
- Help analyze client requirements and explore how solutions can be customized.
- Work alongside the team to document specifications and assist in solution integration.
Pre-Sales & Market Research:
- Learn how to present product solutions to potential clients.
- Research industry trends and contribute insights for solution improvements.
Training & Support:
- Help in preparing training materials for clients.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
Project Coordination:
- Support project tracking, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A problem solver with a keen interest in client solutions.
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of project management or property management software is a plus!
