Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst in Theta Service Partner, you will be solving business challenges and improving workflow processes by leveraging our world class credit workflow and digital transformation software for financial institutions in local and overseas markets.

The Job You will Do:

• You will be engaging with and building relationships with users at our clients to assess and document their business needs and requirements.
• You will be gathering user requirements, analyzing needs and challenges and designing creative solutions using our software to meet those requirements.
• You will be writing functional requirement specifications for customization development by your technical team mates.
• You will be configuring our software to meet user needs and to solve their challenges.
• You will be testing the customization and configuration of our software based on functional requirements specifications created by you and your team mates to ensure that the software meets the expectations of the users.
• You will train users on using the software, assist them in testing the software and troubleshoot issues encountered by them.
• You will work in a team to implement, deploy and support the software for clients to achieve a successful and on-time roll-out.
• You will be expected to adhere to and improve our project implementation standards and best practices.

The Person You Need to Be:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Engineering, or any other discipline with CGPA of 3.0 and above.
• Fresh graduate is welcomed.
• You must be able to comprehend and construct advance SQL for data queries and manipulation.
• You can demonstrate good command of English and able to communicate and present well in the language.
• You demonstrate good analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
