Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator (Content Strategy & Development) to join The Raw. team. This role focuses on creating campaign-driven content plans, working closely with creators and production teams, and ensuring all content outputs are aligned with brand objectives while driving engagement and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Plan content formats, including product demonstrations, tutorials, storytelling, and trend-based videos
  • Ensure all content supports campaign goals, brand messaging, and platform-specific requirements

2. Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Translate campaign briefs into structured and actionable content plans
  • Coordinate with Video Editors, production teams, and/or agencies to ensure timely delivery of content
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and campaign objectives

3. Creator & Talent Coordination

  • Source and manage content creators, influencers, and talents for campaigns
  • Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and collaboration requirements
  • Monitor the creator's output quality and overall campaign contribution

4. Trend & Market Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, social media movements, and competitor strategies
  • Identify opportunities to improve content engagement, relevance, and performance
  • Provide insights and ideas to strengthen overall content direction

5. Content Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze content performance, including views, engagement, and conversion impact
  • Identify high-performing content formats and replicate winning strategies
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to align content with advertising needs

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of experience in content planning, social media, or digital marketing (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content trends
  • Ability to plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate content performance and suggest improvements
  • Strong communication and coordination skills when working with creators and internal teams
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and execution

Nice to Have

  • Experience in social commerce (TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.)
  • Comfortable appearing on camera or directing talents
  • Basic understanding of content performance metrics (engagement, CTR, conversions)
  • Interest in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle content
