Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive (Advertising) to join The Raw. team. This role focuses on driving traffic, engagement, and sales conversions through data-driven campaign execution, continuous optimization, and effective budget management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution

  • Launch and manage advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopee, and Lazada
  • Ensure campaigns are executed in line with marketing objectives and timelines
  • Monitor campaign delivery, budget pacing, and overall performance to achieve optimal results

2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track and analyze key metrics, including ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies
  • Scale high-performing campaigns to maximize return on ad spend
  • Assist in setting up and monitoring tracking tools (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag) to ensure accurate data tracking

3. Budget & Platform Management

  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets across multiple platforms
  • Allocate budgets based on campaign performance and business priorities
  • Optimize campaigns using platform-specific tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions)

4. Creative Optimization

  • Collaborate with Content Strategy and Video Production teams to test and improve ad creatives
  • Analyze creative performance and recommend improvements for better engagement and conversion
  • Ensure all ad creatives align with campaign messaging and platform requirements

5. Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Provide data-driven input to improve campaign strategies and media planning
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support business growth

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply)
  • Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager (experience with Shopee/Lazada Ads is an advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns and budgets in a fast-paced environment
  • Good coordination and communication skills when working with internal teams
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven

Nice to Have

  • Experience in e-commerce or social commerce (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads or YouTube Ads
  • Understanding of how creative performance impacts ad results
