Job Responsbilities:


  • Carry out in-house preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for all facilities, building and services system.
  • Attend to day-to-day maintenance operations for all facilities, building and services system and maintain proper records of maintenance checklists and documentations.
  • Liaising and coordinating with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep all the above systems in operational state.
  • Perform standby / duty to attend to system fault during or after office hours, weekends and public holidays when needed.
  • Minimize all facilities, building and services downtime during operation.
  • Log, update and maintain all facilities, building and services spare parts, tools and instruments.
  • To be able to work under sub-zero environment and no phobia of heights.
  • To inform immediate superiors/duty personnels for all faults/alarms/abnormalities for all systems.
  • To learn and maintain any other new/additional systems not mentioned above as assigned by Head of Department.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Head of Department.


Job Requirement:


  • Nitec/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing industry
  • Hands-on and strong technical competencies in equipment maintenance
  • Must be physically fit, no colour blind and height phobia
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules
  • Proficiency in both English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
  • Willingness to perform shift work, 5 days workweek
