Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process including salary, allowances, overtime, deductions, and bonus calculations to ensure timely and accurate disbursement.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system (e.g., personal data, banking details, leave balances, and attendance records).
- Ensure statutory compliance by preparing and submitting contributions and reports to relevant authorities (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDF, Zakat, PTPTN, etc.) within stipulated deadlines.
- Oversee benefits administration including medical/insurance coverage, renewals, claims handling, wellness initiatives, and employee communication on benefits programs.
- Administer leave and attendance management, ensuring timely monitoring, reporting, and escalation of discrepancies.
- Establish and maintain proper documentation and filing systems (employee files, ISO records, training documentation, insurance policies, etc.) for audit readiness.
- Undertake any ad hoc HR or payroll-related assignments as required by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong proficiency in English.
- Solid knowledge of HR processes, payroll practices, and Malaysian labor laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/HRMS systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
