  1. Assist the SPM/PM in the overall coordination and management of township development activities, covering construction, infrastructure, building works, consultants, contractors, authorities and other project-related matters.
  2. Monitor and coordinate project progress, construction activities, work programmes, project defect management and key deliverables across various development phases, ensuring issues and potential delays are identified and followed up promptly.
  3. Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities and internal departments to facilitate project implementation, resolve site and technical matters, and ensure proper follow-up of outstanding issues.
  4. Review and coordinate drawings, technical submissions, method statements, site matters, authority requirements and project documentation, ensuring information is properly recorded, communicated and followed through.
  5. Prepare and maintain project reports, meeting minutes, site records, correspondence, action trackers, progress updates and other management documentation, providing timely and accurate information to the SPM/PM.
  6. Proactively identify project risks, construction issues, coordination gaps and potential delays, recommend practical solutions and drive the relevant parties towards timely resolution and closure.
  7. Take ownership of assigned projects, workstreams or township matters, exercising initiative and independent follow-up while keeping the SPM/PM appropriately informed of key matters and decisions required.
  8. Act as the Project Manager's representative / acting manager when required, coordinating day-to-day project matters, meetings and stakeholders within the delegated authority, and ensuring continuity of project operations during the Project Manager's absence.
  9. Ensure project activities are carried out in accordance with approved plans, drawings, specifications, authority requirements, contractual obligations, company policies, SOPs, quality and safety requirements, and escalate significant issues to the SPM/PM.
  10. Perform other project management, coordination and township-related duties as assigned from time to time.
