Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare local and overseas payment vouchers in accordance with the Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPP) timeline.
  • Review and ensure all supporting documents are complete, properly verified, and approved in line with the company’s Limits of Authority (LOA).
  • Schedule and process payments promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and agreed payment terms.
  • Maintain and update the daily cashbook for all payments.
  • Liaise with banks and manage all related banking matters efficiently.
  • Provide administrative and finance-related support to the Finance Team as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional certificate/diploma or Degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent and preferably with minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in property development industry.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • High level of integrity, initiative, result oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Meticulous and attentive to details is necessary.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
