Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting and finance operations, including banking matters, payment processing, accounts receivable reconciliations, and periodic tax estimations (CP204).
  • Assist in preparing full set management accounts, including cash flow statements, income statements, balance sheets, audit schedules, tax schedules, and profit recognition reports.
  • Support month-end closing activities and ensure financial records and reports are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal departments, bankers, auditors, and tax agents on finance, audit, and taxation matters.
  • Assist in audit and tax preparation, including drafting supporting schedules and maintaining proper financial documentation and filing systems.
  • To perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications are an added advantage.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and taxation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
