About the Role
SRKK Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OTC (Order-to-Cash) Collection Intern to support our Finance team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to accounts receivable processes, credit control, customer collections, and financial operations. You will gain practical experience in managing customer accounts, supporting collection activities, and ensuring healthy cash flow management.
💼 What You'll Do
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Assist in monitoring outstanding customer balances and collection activities.
- Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and payment status.
- Maintain professional communication with customers regarding billing and payment matters.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate payment discrepancies.
- Assist in credit control activities and customer account reviews.
- Update finance records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support other finance and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
👤 Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Filtering is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
