We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to join our AI & Modernization division. This role is ideal for a technically capable and solution-driven individual who is experienced in delivering automation, digitization, and intelligent business solutions using Microsoft technologies.

You will be part of a project delivery team responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and custom-developed components using SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, .NET, and related technologies.

This position requires a strong blend of Microsoft 365 platform experience, low-code/no-code solution delivery, custom development skills, and AI integration awareness to deliver scalable, practical, and intelligent solutions for business users and customers.

Automation & Solution Delivery

• Deliver end-to-end automation and digitization solutions using:
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Power Pages
  • SharePoint Online

• Build practical, scalable, and user-friendly business solutions aligned with customer and internal requirements.
• Ensure solutions are designed for usability, maintainability, and long-term adoption.

Power Platform Development

• Develop canvas apps, model-driven apps, automated workflows, and business process solutions.
• Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and data models.
• Build workflows and integrations that improve business efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Support solution testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

SharePoint Online & SPFx Development

• Configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and information structures.
• Build and maintain custom SharePoint components using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Develop web parts and extensions using:
  • TypeScript

  • PnP libraries
• Support SharePoint customization, content management, and collaboration solutions.

Power Pages Customization

• Develop and customize Power Pages portals using:

• Support portal integration with Dataverse, APIs, and enterprise systems.

Copilot Studio & Chatbot Development

• Work with REST APIs, JSON, OData, and HTTP-based integrations.
• Support integration testing and troubleshoot data flow or connectivity issues.

Migration & Modernization Support

• Support SharePoint, workflow, and legacy-to-cloud migration activities.
• Assist in analyzing existing systems and recommending modernization approaches.
• Support migration planning, data validation, testing, and post-migration support.

Requirements, Design & Documentation

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into practical low-code, pro-code, and AI-assisted solution designs.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, handover materials, and support documents.
• Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with delivery standards.

Testing, Support & Troubleshooting

• Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, reliability, and performance expectations.

Project Collaboration

• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, consultants, solution architects, and technical teams.
• Support project delivery to ensure timelines, scope, and quality standards are achieved.
• Communicate technical updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with new capabilities in Power Platform, SharePoint, SPFx, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI services.
• Recommend improvements to solution design, development practices, and delivery quality.
• Contribute to reusable components, templates, and best practices for future projects.
