๐ผ What You'll Do
Mergers & Acquisitions

- Run industry, market, and competitor analysis, and prepare initial screening reports and recommendations.
- Lead financial and commercial due diligence โ financial statements, forecasts, valuation metrics, revenue quality, profitability, cash flow, and operational risks.
- Build valuation models (DCF, comparable company analysis, transaction multiples, and synergy assessments), and prepare investment memoranda and Board papers.
- Support negotiations, deal structuring, due diligence workstreams, and documentation through to completion.
Post-Merger Integration & Value Creation
- Help develop integration strategies and coordinate integration across business units, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Build post-acquisition scorecards and monitor revenue growth, synergy realisation, cost savings, EBITDA improvement, and customer and employee retention.
- Track the ongoing performance of acquired entities and recommend initiatives to maximise investment returns.
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities from commercial, strategic, and financial angles, and build the business case for each.
- Engage technology partners, industry associations, research institutions, channel partners, and investors, and support partnership negotiations.
- Monitor partnership outcomes, joint revenue opportunities, and the strategic value created.
Internal Audit & Governance Support
- Assist with internal audits and process reviews, assessing the adequacy of internal controls and recommending improvements.
- Support enterprise risk management, risk assessments, and mitigation planning, and prepare documentation for Audit & Risk Management Committee meetings.
๐ค Who You Are

- Curious, detail-oriented, and full of ownership and integrity โ comfortable working independently, juggling priorities, and engaging senior executives, Boards, and external advisors.
