We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support and drive solution delivery, technical governance, and quality execution across digital transformation initiatives. This role blends technical delivery, advisory, application lifecycle governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise best practices.

💼 What You’ll Do
Solution & Technical Delivery
- Deliver high-quality solutions across cloud, applications, and data platforms aligned with business requirements.
- Support implementation and configuration based on modern architecture standards.
Quality Assurance, Testing & Training
- Ensure solution quality through testing, validation, and structured QA processes.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to users and stakeholders.
Technical Governance & Release Management (ALM)
- Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices, including version control, releases, and governance standards.
- Ensure solutions follow upgrade-safe architecture and technical best practices.
Fit-Gap Analysis & Advisory
- Perform fit-gap analysis to assess system capabilities versus business requirements.
- Provide recommendations to clients on optimal solution approaches and improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and business teams to ensure alignment across delivery.
- Support project teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
Continuous Professional Development & Innovation
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in cloud, AI, and enterprise applications.
- Continuously enhance technical expertise and contribute to internal best practices.

- Strong understanding of:
- Cloud-first extensibility and upgrade-safe architecture
- Enterprise integration and hybrid ecosystem design
- Power Platform and emerging AI orchestration concepts
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and governance frameworks
- Hands-on experience or exposure in solution delivery and technical consulting.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach.
- Good stakeholder communication and advisory skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality, documentation, and reliability.
