We are seeking a Consultant II – Data, AI & Analytics to lead the delivery of data and AI initiatives while engaging customers from pre-sales through implementation. This role combines solutioning, project delivery, and client engagement, helping organizations unlock insights, build intelligent systems, and accelerate digital transformation.

💼 What You’ll Do

Project Delivery & Solution Implementation

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data, AI, and analytics projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• Design and implement solutions across data pipelines, analytics platforms, and AI use cases.

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

• Engage in pre-sales activities, including technical discussions, solution design, and proposal development.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable data & AI architectures.

Requirement Gathering & Consulting

• Conduct workshops with customers to understand business challenges and data needs.
• Define functional and technical requirements aligned to business outcomes.

Data & Analytics Engineering

• Work across full stack data analytics, including data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and visualization.
• Enable insights through dashboards, reporting, and predictive analytics solutions.

Client Engagement & Advisory

• Act as a trusted advisor, communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

👤 Who You Are

• Strong expertise in solutioning, project management, and consulting delivery.
• Hands-on experience in full stack data analytics (data engineering, analytics, reporting).
• Experience with AI or data-driven solutions is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience engaging customers.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Analytical thinker with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven — humble, hungry, smart.
