We are seeking a Franchise Partner to take full ownership of business growth, sales performance, and service delivery within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who are passionate about building revenue, leading teams, and developing lasting customer relationships.

💼 What You’ll Do

Business Ownership & Financial Performance

  • Take full P&L ownership, ensuring profitability, revenue growth, and cost control.
  • Drive overall financial performance aligned with business targets.

Lead Generation & Market Development

  • Generate new business opportunities through local marketing, partnerships, and outreach.
  • Identify and develop market opportunities to strengthen SRKK’s presence in the region.

Sales Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and improve conversion rates.
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue generation activities.

Customer Relationship & Growth

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain high engagement levels to ensure retention and expansion opportunities.

Service Oversight & Quality Management

  • Oversee service delivery to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Align operations with SRKK standards and continuously improve service outcomes.
