💼 What You’ll Do
Business Ownership & Financial Performance
- Take full P&L ownership, ensuring profitability, revenue growth, and cost control.
- Drive overall financial performance aligned with business targets.
Lead Generation & Market Development
- Generate new business opportunities through local marketing, partnerships, and outreach.
- Identify and develop market opportunities to strengthen SRKK’s presence in the region.
Sales Leadership & Execution
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and improve conversion rates.
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue generation activities.
Customer Relationship & Growth
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Maintain high engagement levels to ensure retention and expansion opportunities.
Service Oversight & Quality Management
- Oversee service delivery to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Align operations with SRKK standards and continuously improve service outcomes.
