We are seeking a Project Engineer Intern to assist with the seamless delivery of IT projects entrusted to SRKK. This role involves participating in project implementation, customer success, and continuous improvement. 💼 What You’ll Do
- Assist onboarding and implementation of assigned projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Assist ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist quality management by aligning deliverables with standards and operational processes.
- Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities for upsell or additional support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and enhance technical knowledge through continuous learning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate feedback and improve service quality.
- Identify risks and work with stakeholders to ensure service reliability and compliance.
👤 Who You Are
- Ongoing Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365, domain management, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
💰 Proposed Monthly Allowance Range
RM 800 – RM 1,000 (based on experience and capability)
