Are you passionate about technology and eager to gain real-world experience in IT operations? Join SRKK as an IT Operations / ITSM Intern, where you’ll gain hands-on exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM) and Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools used in enterprise environments. This internship is designed to help you learn, grow, and build a strong foundation for a career in IT and digital transformation.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Assist the team in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including solution demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and deployments.
- Support solution implementation activities, including setup, testing, pilot runs, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Help gather and document customer requirements and assist in preparing solution documentation.
- Provide basic technical support and assist in troubleshooting issues under guidance from senior engineers.
- Support training sessions and documentation to help customers better understand and use solutions.
- Research ITSM, RMM, and Enterprise Service Management best practices and share findings with the team.
- Assist with project coordination, reporting, and administrative support related to IT operations.
👤 Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Strong interest in IT operations, ITSM, infrastructure, or managed services.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (e.g. networking, servers, operating systems) is an advantage.
- Exposure to ITSM tools, helpdesk systems, or scripting/coding is a plus but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay.
- Willing to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Comfortable working in an office environment and open to occasional on-site or field exposure.
