We are looking for a SharePoint Developer to join our Business Application & Consulting (BAC) team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow their skills in software development and consulting while building real‑world SharePoint solutions for enterprise customers.

You will work closely with consultants and stakeholders to design, develop, and support SharePoint applications that solve business problems and improve productivity.

💼 What You’ll Do

SharePoint Solution Development

• Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions based on business requirements.
• Build SharePoint applications, web parts, workflows, and custom solutions using SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.

Requirement Analysis & Collaboration

• Collaborate with consultants, stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements.
• Translate user needs into clear technical specifications and solution designs.

Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical expertise and ongoing support for SharePoint sites and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint development and configuration.

Best Practices & Optimization

• Implement best practices in SharePoint development, administration, and configuration.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay updated with emerging SharePoint technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Recommend improvements to enhance performance, usability, and user experience.

👤 Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a SharePoint Developer or Software Developer is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Java, HTML, or C++.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and professional development ethics.
• Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer) are a plus.
• Curious, disciplined, and eager to grow — humble, hungry, smart.
