We are looking for an IT Support Engineer Intern who is eager to build technical skills, provide real support to customers, and gain hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, device setup, software installation, and IT operations. You will work with experienced engineers and learn how a professional IT support environment operates.

💼 What You’ll Do

Technical Troubleshooting & Support

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving routine technical issues for users.
  • Help diagnose problems related to hardware, software, networking, and system access.
  • Provide clear guidance to users in simple, easy-to-understand terms.

IT Documentation & Procedures

  • Support the creation and maintenance of user guides, SOPs, and IT documentation.
  • Assist in documenting troubleshooting steps and device configurations.

On-Site & Remote Support

  • Provide on-site support when required and assist with remote support sessions.
  • Shadow senior engineers to learn best practices in customer interaction and issue handling.

Software Installation & Maintenance

  • Assist in installing software, performing updates, patching, and basic configuration tasks.
  • Help ensure devices are updated and compliant with internal IT standards.

Device Setup & Configuration

  • Assist in setting up laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Help configure accounts, email, printers, and network access for users.

  • Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and ask questions.
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Familiar with Windows operating systems and common office applications.
  • Good communication skills; able to explain technical issues in simple terms.
  • Detail‑oriented, responsible, and eager to grow — humble, hungry, smart.
