We are seeking a Customer Success Associate to strengthen client relationships, manage renewals and billing, and support customers in maximizing value from SRKK’s solutions. You will be the link between customers and our consulting teams, ensuring smooth service adoption, timely renewals, and proactive engagement. 💼 What You’ll Do

Renewal Management

  • Manage end-to-end contract renewals for Microsoft subscriptions, support plans, and recurring services.
  • Maintain renewal trackers and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Technical teams to confirm pricing, contract terms, and customer needs.

Monthly Billing & Documentation

  • Prepare and verify monthly billing for customer subscriptions and services.
  • Coordinate with Finance to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure invoice accuracy.
  • Maintain proper documentation for renewals, billing cycles, and service records.

Aging & Payment Management

  • Monitor customer aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Collaborate with Finance to track collections, negotiate payment timelines, and ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Provide regular updates on customer payment status and risk accounts.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Conduct periodic check-ins to understand customer needs, track service satisfaction, and identify improvement areas.
  • Assist customers with subscription queries, onboarding, and service requests.

Upselling & Value Expansion

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, licenses, security solutions, or modernization initiatives.
  • Work with Sales to prepare proposals and present value-added recommendations to customers.
  • Support campaigns for product adoption, cross-selling, and customer education.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare reports on renewal performance, billing accuracy, customer health, and upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Support, Finance) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Support customer success initiatives, lifecycle engagement, and process improvements.

👤 Who You Are

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in customer service, sales coordination, or account management is a plus.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-facing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation, follow-up discipline, and ability to handle multiple accounts.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and tracking systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional with customers.
  • Driven, responsible, and growth-oriented — humble, hungry, smart.
