We are looking for a SharePoint Intern who is eager to learn, explore, and support real‑world digital transformation projects. You will assist consultants in SharePoint development, workflow automation, documentation, testing, and AI‑related initiatives.
If you are curious, analytical, and excited to gain hands‑on experience in modern workplace tools and automation, this internship will help you build a strong technical foundation.
💼 What You’ll Do
SharePoint Development & Administration Support
- Assist in SharePoint site creation, configuration, and content updates.
- Support basic development tasks such as lists, libraries, permissions, and web parts.
- Help maintain site structure, navigation, and document management practices.
Workflow & Process Automation
- Work with consultants to build or enhance workflows using Power Automate.
- Assist in designing simple approval flows, notifications, and task automation.
AI & Automation Initiatives
- Support small tasks in AI‑enabled solutions (document processing, tagging, content automation).
- Explore and experiment with Microsoft 365 AI features where applicable.
Data & Document Management
- Organize files, metadata, and libraries to maintain structured document repositories.
- Assist in data cleaning, tagging, and migration activities.
Testing, Documentation & User Support
- Perform testing for SharePoint pages, workflows, and automation features.
- Prepare documentation, user guides, and screenshots for training or handover.
- Assist in basic user support and troubleshooting under consultant guidance.
👤 Who You Are
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint or Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of workflow or automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) is a plus.
- Basic AI knowledge (optional but preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and proactive — humble, hungry, smart.
