We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant who is passionate about designing impactful solutions, advising customers, and presenting clear, high‑value modern workplace strategies. You will play a key role in solution design, customer engagement, and coordinating with technical engineers to bring solutions to life.

💼 What You’ll Do

Solution Design & Architecture

• Analyze customer business requirements and design Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with objectives.
• Develop high‑level architecture that supports productivity, collaboration, and security best practices.

Solution Presentation & Advisory

• Present proposed Microsoft 365 solutions, architecture, and features to customers.
• Explain benefits, design considerations, and best practices to support informed decision‑making.

Customer Engagement

• Work closely with customers to understand collaboration, communication, and workplace challenges.
• Recommend appropriate Microsoft 365 solutions based on needs and use cases.

Technical Consultation

Provide strategic and technical advice on core Microsoft 365 services:

• Exchange Online
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Teams
• OneDrive for Business
• Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Security & Compliance Advisory

• Recommend capabilities such as MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, Microsoft Defender, and other protection features.
• Help customers strengthen their security posture using Microsoft 365 tools.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with internal engineers and technical teams.
• Translate solution designs and scopes into implementation plans.
• Ensure deployment aligns with proposed architecture.

Documentation & Solution Design

• Prepare proposals, high‑level diagrams, scopes of work, and technical documentation.
• Ensure clear, well‑structured solution documentation for customer projects.

Technology Updates & Best Practices

• Stay updated with the Microsoft 365 roadmap, new features, and modernization trends.
• Continuously refine solution recommendations based on industry best practices.

Customer Workshops & Knowledge Sharing

• Conduct workshops, demos, and briefings to educate customers on Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• Support customers in achieving digital workplace transformation.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, features, and administration fundamentals.
• Experience in solution design, consulting, or technical advisory roles.
• Able to explain technical concepts in simple, business‑friendly language.
• Confident presenter, comfortable speaking to small and large audiences.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple customer engagements.
• Someone who is curious, responsible, humble, hungry, and smart.

📌 Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 or modern workplace solutions.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of:

• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive for Business
• Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Understanding of Microsoft 365 security features:

• MFA
• Conditional Access
• DLP
• Microsoft Defender

Certifications (Added Advantage)

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS‑900)
• Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS‑102)
• Microsoft Teams Administrator (MS‑700)

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to convert business requirements into Microsoft 365 solution architecture.
• Strong collaboration with engineering teams and project stakeholders.
